I really want to help talk about mental health because I think it’s important for the stigma around it to be broken. It’s not talked about enough in schools, and without proper education on such an important part of our health, people are left feeling alone and confused. As I’ve struggled with my own mental health, I’ve found that having the right information and support can make reaching out for help a lot easier, an opportunity that I believe everyone should have.

I created The [HP] Mental Health Project as a way to help decrease the stigma surrounding mental health by providing many tools which help educate children as well as give them multiple perspectives into mental health and the psychology behind it!
